I am a poor person who has to buy put together furniture if I want new furniture. I have never come across a product that has zero instructions included and does not make them available online. When searching this model number TX 96500 or the name I get 0 results. I have spent more time looking for instructions than it would take it to assemble it. At least you are saving paper by losing customers. I will not recommend and regret purchasing it.
