Loved the look. We had it outside and kept it dry. The gliders rusted into. Very disappointed. We even waxed it so it would protect it.
Really had a hard time rating this item. They seem to have inventory issues. I ordered the all red one (the one I really wanted). It was in stock. Order was confirmed. I was given a specific delivery date. On said date, it did not arrive so I checked and it had been cancelled. Not postponed nor backordered. I soon found out that the company who makes these has terrible customer service. They gave zero information about the item and tried to get me to buy some wooden cooler that looked like something ol’ hillbilly jethro threw together from some miscellaneous spare pieces of wood that fell off the barn. They told me to wait for an email from tier two to come to order my cooler. The email never came, and that caused me to miss out on my second choice which had become unavailable during that wait time. There was never an apology letter let alone a make-good. Then my third choice became available so I ordered that because I needed this for a party. Literally the next day, my first choice (the all red one) became available. This happened within a week. And they couldn’t just back order the original item? Customer service refused to help me switch it out. This was not Amazon customer service, but the company who makes these coolers. Absolutely rude and not helpful/knowledgeable. HOWEVER, I did end up with the red and cream one and the person I gifted it to loved it. Like…REALLY loved it. And I do think it’s a decent product. Hence the four stars. It was just a hassle/nightmare to actually get. So just know that, if anything goes awry with your order, you’ll have to deal with some pretty inept people and it will be very frustrating.
