At Leigh Country, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience for each and every customer. We will do our best to make things right.

We ask you to inspect your product immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to correct any inquiries about quality and craftsmanship. Please contact our help department should you have any missing parts or broken parts from delivery before opting for a return.


United General Supply Co., Inc., doing business as Leigh Country, is committed to the development and manufacturing of products that meet or exceed their intended use.  Our goal is to ensure that the end consumer’s expectations are met or exceeded, which is why we offer a limited warranty on all our products.  The warranty is limited to prevent abuse of our warranty policy but covers all issues that may arise from product defect, damage during shipment, or missing parts and hardware.  

If the customer still wishes to return the item, an RMA (return material authorization) must be acquired within two weeks of receiving the product from Leigh Country and the return must be received in our warehouse within 30 days. RMA numbers must be on all return documentation, such as shipping labels or packing slips.  A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns to our Leigh Country warehouse.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
