Return Policy
At LEIGH COUNTRY®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience for each and every customer. Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance, we will do our best to make things right.
We ask that you to inspect your product or products immediately upon delivery. Should you have any missing parts and/or damaged parts from delivery. Please contact Customer Service at help@leighcountry.com. Our team will work quickly to provide you with replacement parts.
We want your outdoor space to be perfect. If you are not happy with your leighcountry.com purchase, you may return your items within 30 days from your delivery date. A customer service team member will gladly assist you in selecting a replacement product.
SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST
LEIGHCOUNTRY.com Returns/Exchanges:
A Return Request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product from LEIGH COUNTRY and the return must be received by our warehouse within 30 days. A RMA (return authorization) number will be issued and must be on all return documentation, such as shipping labels, which we provide you. A 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping may be assessed for all returns to our LEIGH COUNTRY warehouse.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should ship your product to: 9320 Harwin Dr. Houston Texas US 77036. Our customer service team will provide you a shipping label and return shipping will be deducted from refund.
We require that all returned products be disassembled, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition upon return. If the original packaging is no longer available, you may source your own packaging. Once your return is packaged and ready to go, please be sure to clearly write your provided RMA number on the outside of each returning package. This helps us to identify the product when it’s returned to us so we can process your return quickly.
Please also make sure each product is carefully packed and properly sealed, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. If any product is not returned in resellable condition, an adjustment to your refund may be necessary. If this occurs, a Customer Service Team Member will reach out to notify you of any updates.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 to 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from the date of refund confirmation please contact your bank as there may be additional processing time and/or holds. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@leighcountry.com.
