Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Our ground shipping standard transit delivery times within the continental U.S. can vary between 1 - 7 business days based on destination and weather conditions. Please contact us for custom freight quotes. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Please note that larger items that may not be shipped small parcel and large orders will be shipped LTL (freight on a pallet).
LEAD TIMES
Our goal is to ship your orders within 48 hours of being placed, however we do not process weekend orders until the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 pm CST may not be received until the following business day.
For orders greater than 10 units, please contact us to confirm lead time before placing order.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS
For orders that need to be delivered by a certain date or if you need your order to be delayed, please contact us before placing your order.
SHIPMENT NOTIFICATIONS
A shipment notification will be sent within 24 hours of your shipment going out via email, which will include the tracking information of your shipment.
At the time of delivery, please make sure that you inspect the package(s) and note if there is any damage upon delivery. With your warranty registration, we will work with you to replace any damaged or missing parts.
