Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Leigh Country product upon receipt, you must contact us within 14 days of your delivery to arrange a return. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All items will be inspected upon return. Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate credit or refund, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We love our Char-Log rockers! They have a unique look and the most comfortable seating. Putting them together was a challenge for the first one but the second one was easier.
We’re using them in our house until our moving truck arrives!

These are beautiful and extremely comfortable although I haven’t sat in it for hours, but it’s very comfortable for short term but no thank you on the instructions. I did read the other comments and multiple comments on multiple other websites and no thank you I purchased this off the floor at Home Depot thank you.

I love this rocker! The directions are easily understood but it did take some effort to put together.

Beautiful rockers but horrible experience assembling.

Beautiful rockers but VERY difficult to assemble. I have put together multiple chairs and rockers and never had such a hard labor intense assembly. A two person job for sure. The video made it look so simple when it was not. Very frustrating experience but now that they are finally done they really are nice. Need to offer them shipped assembled for additional cost.

Love it!

CRAP. IF you buy this it WILL fall apart in less than 9 months IF you put it OUTSIDE. Leigh will say it is your fault, probably because you put it outside and tell you to take a hike and basiclly call you a liar about "your" problem with this wind spinner, STAY AWAY. I am going to contact BBB .. They do not even have any rating on BBB probably because their customer service is so poor. Their google reviews give poor customer service ratings also. Check it put before you think it is worth investing in. MIne rusted it was my fault for some reason that THEY determined. They probably used crappy, recycled and manipulated "metal" from China, if you want to even call it that, and it WILL FALL APART. DO NOT PUT OUTSIDE. Better off throwing $70.00 out you car window so someone can find it and be happy..

i put the last one outside and a petal broke off and you said it was my fault and would not refund me So it was just outside, spinning like it was supposed to and it broke.. I did not do anything except look at it. Maybe laseres came out of my eyes and made that petal fall off because you said it was MY fault. I did not know I had that power!! so my question is....Is this one able to work outside or do I have to keep it in the house and put a high speed fan in front of it to make it spin around????

The wind spinner was delivered without damage, and no issues were reported at the time of delivery or within the 30-day return window. Nearly one year later, you contacted our team stating the product was rusted and broken and requested a refund. At that point, the product was well outside our return and warranty timeframe.

Even so, and as a courtesy, we offered you a free replacement wind spinner of your choice, despite the elapsed time. That offer is not reflected in your review.

To answer your question, ourwind spinners are designed for outdoor use under normal conditions. As with all outdoor décor, long-term exposure to weather and environmental factors will affect appearance and durability over time.
