If you are not satisfied with your Leigh Country product upon receipt, you must contact us within 14 days of your delivery to arrange a return. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All items will be inspected upon return. Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate credit or refund, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law.

Great solid product

After owning 8 of your rockers, this one never fit together. It sits on my porch and no one can use it because you REFUSED to fix it. It never aligned right, so the screws did not go in. NO ONE is allowed to use it as it is worthless. I tried for MONTHS to get help, tried to get it returned. I will NEVER purchase another one from your brand because of this and with 2000 feet or porch, full of rockers, gliders, swings, many Leigh brand, I can not count on Leigh to not sell me another bad product. So I avoid them and let everyone know why
