• Proof of purchase: a PDF of an email receipt, a picture of your store receipt – anything like this will work! We’re flexible
  • Don’t worry if your item is a gift. Gifts are a blessing and we LOVE to know that our items have been gifted. Our warranty slightly changes without a proof of purchase, but we will guarantee to fix any issues you may have.
