Ground shipping delivery times within the continental U.S. can vary between 3 to 8 business days based the delivery destination and weather conditions.

We work hard to process all orders within 48 hours from the time it is placed. placed for processing. Most are processed the next business day. Orders placed over on weekend or holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST may not be processed and shipped until the next business day. At this time we are unable to expedited shipping.

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has been processed and ready for shipment. This email will include the tracking information for your order.
United General Supply Co., Inc., doing business as Leigh Country, is committed to the development and manufacturing of products that meet or exceed their intended use. Our goal is to ensure that the end consumer’s expectations are met or exceeded, which is why we offer a limited warranty on all our products. The warranty is limited to prevent abuse of our warranty policy but covers all issues that may arise from product defect, damage during shipment, or missing parts and hardware.
If the customer still wishes to return the item, an RMA (return material authorization) must be acquired within two weeks of receiving the product from Leigh Country and the return must be received in our warehouse within 30 days. RMA numbers must be on all return documentation, such as shipping labels or packing slips. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns to our Leigh Country warehouse.
NO. Leigh Country currently DOES NOT SHIP outside of the continental United States. Our top quality and authentic wood products are often very heavy and over-sized. The weight often makes shipping most items cost prohibitive. We cannot ensure the safe and damage free delivery of our products to you outside of the US.
Any wooden furniture for outdoor use if left untreated it will naturally weather. For the least maintenance, place your wooden furniture, cooler, or accessory under a covered area.
Natural Wood or Stained: To preserve and maintain the original finish of this furniture, a natural tung/linseed/Danish oil (with stain), which can be found at your local hardware store, should be applied every 6 months. Please note the furniture has been stained and oiled before being packaged. If you not continue to maintain the wood, it will naturally begin to gray and fade in color.
Painted Furniture: For all painted wood finish products, we recommend that you use a latex based paint with the matching color. Before painting, a light sanding with a fine grit sandpaper might be necessary to prepare your product for a new paint coating.
During long periods of non-use, we recommend you store your furniture in a covered dry place. For the least maintenance, place your wooden furniture in a covered area. In situations of full exposure to the weather we recommend you use oil with built in UV protection, recoating every three months. In periods of extreme weather conditions (high levels of rain or increased hours of sun), it is recommended that you increase the maintenance. We also recommend using covers on your furniture when it is not in use or during extreme weather conditions.
YES! Below is what we recommend for touch-ups and re-staining if needed.
Char-Log Furniture: We advise our customers to use a ‘DARK WALNUT’ with Natural/Amber Finish. We do recommend you stripped and even before applying new stain.
Amber-Log Furniture: We advise our customers to use a ‘KONA BROWN’ or ‘CANYON BROWN’ with Natural/Amber Finish. We do recommend the product be even and stripped before applying new stain.

We stand behind all our Leigh Country products, but we know manufacturer defects can happen. You can call us at 1-877-87LEIGH (1-877-875-3444) Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm CST. To start your warranty claim, and for a faster response, please email us at help@leighcountry.com. To see if you qualify for our warranty, we will ask for a proof of purchase (shipping label or receipt), as well as photos of the damaged area. If your purchase was made within 30 days of your claim, the part and shipping are complimentary. After the 30 days, and within 1 year, the part is free but shipping is the customer’s responsibility. This only applies to manufacturer defects. If you are a retailer, please let your account manager know of any pervasive issues.
Why, yes we do! We have a Leigh Country showroom located at 9320 Harwin Dr., Houston, TX 77036. The showroom is located on the second floor of our hardware store, Tool Club Etc., that has been around since 1984. That location is sort of sentimental and historic for us, waving the same Texas flag for 30 years. Stop on by and see us!
Each log from our Char-log pieces goes through a complex process to be treated. They are first stripped of their bark, then put into a kiln for curing. This will keep the logs from molding. After a few hours in 100+ degrees, they are then hand-torched, wire brushed, and dipped in polyurethane to preserve the integrity of the wood. That polyurethane adds UV protection, which protects the finish from fading in the outdoor, and from molding when wet, so you can use it outdoors all year!
Pick-up only products are typically oversized, heavy, and/or too fragile to withstand transit. Other products are simply too heavy and surpass the FedEx weight policy and are reserved for Houston-local pick-ups.
We do our very best to keep our inventory up to date with accurate availability. Some of our items are popular and sell out quickly. We’ll send you an email as soon as the particular item is back in stock.
No, we do not offer price matching. Leigh Country is proud to work with many retail partners to bring our products to you and your home. We have no knowledge or control of our retail partner’s pricing structure. While we do work very hard to offer you the best possible price we can. Some of our larger retail partners can offer a lower price than our direct-to-consumer website.
We’d love to! But we can’t. We are currently licensed with 19 different colleges. Although we love every team from the Dallas Cowboys to the Winnipeg Jets, without the license, it’s not possible. We encourage our fans to check back every so often, as we keep adding schools to our roster every year!
